Our moods change almost instantaneously, especially if you're a woman.
Hormones! Sometimes emotions and thoughts trigger hormones, and sometimes hormones trigger emotions and thoughts... It's not always possible to understand which is causing which.
We decided to stop worrying about this and look for simple, organic and aromatherapy methods that will change our mood. And indeed, we found them...
Providing our spiritual balance with aromatic herbal oils? Why not?
Aromatic plant oils are also used to improve our mood and provide spiritual balance. This positive change is effective thanks to the inhalation of their scents. Inhaling their scents works because the receptors in the nose stimulate the parts of the brain where emotions and memories are stored, and also because the scent molecules interact with the hormones or enzymes in the blood, causing our mood to change.
Each essential oil provides a different mood or several moods. For example, there are scientific studies that show that lavender oil improves a person's mood in cases of stress, insomnia and depression. Bergamot oil is effective in improving anxiety, excessively anxious moods, while aromatherapists state that ylang ylang oil is good for high blood pressure.
You can use essential oils by mixing them with carrier oils (olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, etc.) at a ratio of 1 to 1. However, it is more effective to prepare the right mixtures with the right measurements and use them.
In what ways can we inhale the scent of these essential oils?
A handkerchief, a few drops of oil
This is the simplest method you can apply in the office, at school, in the car or on public transport. Put a few drops of the oil you like on a cotton or paper handkerchief and inhale slowly. Repeat this as often as you feel the need.
A simple massage is also good
. Choose the oil whose scent you like the most. Rub a single drop between your thumb and index finger and gently apply to your nostrils. Rub one drop on your wrists and one drop on your temples. If you have a headache, rub one drop above your eyebrows.
Brighten up the spaces you work and live in.
Add 3 drops of each of the 3 oils you choose to a 100 ml spray bottle, shake well and spray on the space you will work in. You can also make the space smell nice with the help of an essential oil diffuser. To do this, add enough water to the round chamber on top of the diffuser without overflowing and pour one drop of each of the oils you choose into it. Light the candle and place it in the chamber. The scent of the space will change until the water evaporates. Don't forget to check if the water is finished in between.
Add essential oils to your bath ritual
You can fill your bathtub, add two drops of your favorite oils, and inhale the scent of the oils mixed with hot water. If you don't have a bathtub, add 1 liter of hot water to a container before bathing, add two drops of your favorite oils, and when you're done, pour this water out as the final bath water and relax.
Whatever mood you want to get into, you can benefit from herbal oils by preparing appropriate mixtures and inhaling their scents.

However, we recommend that you do not use this method unless you are sure about the purity and quality of the oil and consult a doctor.
