How to Make Strawberry Jam Recipe?
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly with water and remove the stems. If your strawberries are very large, you can cut them in half or three, but if they are medium-sized, you can leave them whole.

- Wash the strawberries that you have removed the stems from with plenty of water again and dry them. Arrange some of the strawberries in a large pot and sprinkle granulated sugar on top. Repeat the process until you have used up the granulated sugar and strawberries. Cover the pot and let it sit for a minimum of 8 hours, ideally overnight.

- At the end of the waiting period, the strawberries will have released a lot of water and the sugar will have completely dissolved.
- If your strawberries have not released enough water, you can add 1 tea glass of water. Place the strawberries that have released their water on the stove and cook until it boils, stirring gently from time to time.
- When it starts to boil, add 1 teaspoon of butter to make it foam less, reduce the heat and cook for 30-35 minutes under control. Remove and discard the foam that accumulates on top during boiling. At the end of the boiling time, add the properly crushed lemon salt or lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes and remove from the stove.

- Pour into a sterilized jar, close the lids and turn them upside down. Once cooled, you can consume as you wish. Enjoy your meal!
