How to Make Barbecue Celery Burger Recipe?

  1. For the celery burger, first peel the celery and cut it into 3 equal rings. Rub the celery rings with salt, spices and olive oil and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until soft.
  2. For the salad, chop the cabbage finely and mix it with grated carrots, mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt and honey. Finally, add some chopped dill. Let the salad sit at room temperature.
  3. Once the celery is soft, spread barbecue sauce all over it and place two slices of cheese on top. Spread mayonnaise inside the burger buns and place them on a tray to warm up.
  4. Put the tray back into the oven and wait 2-3 minutes for the cheese to melt.
