How to Make Barbecue Celery Burger Recipe?
- For the celery burger, first peel the celery and cut it into 3 equal rings. Rub the celery rings with salt, spices and olive oil and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until soft.
- For the salad, chop the cabbage finely and mix it with grated carrots, mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt and honey. Finally, add some chopped dill. Let the salad sit at room temperature.
- Once the celery is soft, spread barbecue sauce all over it and place two slices of cheese on top. Spread mayonnaise inside the burger buns and place them on a tray to warm up.
