How to Make Giant Cookie Recipe?
We beat the butter and sugar with mixers until they melt thoroughly. We add the egg and mix
Then we add flour and baking powder to our liquid mixture and knead it. (It may stick to the hand a little.)
We add the chocolate chips and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
We put greaseproof paper on the bottom of our springform pan.
We divide the dough we take from the refrigerator in two and spread one part on the bottom of the springform pan.
We spread the spreadable chocolate on our dough. (Without getting it too close to the edges)
Then, we roll out the remaining dough to the size of the mold. (You can roll it out by hand) We close the dough we rolled out on the chocolate-spread dough like a lid.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
