Gingerbread cookies are the symbol of the new year . Just like the pine tree. So we couldn't combine these two beauties and prepare a delicious pine tree cookie. With the wishes that the new year brings us health, happiness, peace and tranquility, we shaped this cookie very nicely with the intention of having a lot of taste in our mouths.
We used ready-made sprinkles and icing to decorate. If you wish, you can make your own royal icing by whisking 1 egg white with 1 cup powdered sugar and coloring it to your liking.
May it be a very, very happy year. Bon appetit!
