Ingredients for Strawberry and Cream Tart Recipe

For the dough:

  • 2water glassreputation
  • 1tea glasspowdered sugar
  • 1/2teaspoonsalt
  • 150-gramcold butter
  • 1pieceegg
  • 2tablespoonmilk

For the cream:

  • 2.5water glassmilk
  • 1teaspooncinnamon
  • 2pieceegg yolk
  • 1tea glassgranulated sugar
  • 3tablespoonstarch
  • 1tablespoonbutter
  • 100gr.frozen strawberries




How to Make Strawberry and Cream Tart Recipe?
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt.
Add the butter and mix in the mixture.
Beat the egg and milk slightly and add them to the mixture.
Stretch the dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Grease a 28 cm tart tin with butter.
Take the dough into the mold and stretch it with your hand.
Make small holes using a fork.
To prevent it from puffing, line it with baking paper filled with beans or chickpeas.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat to 190 degrees until golden brown.
For the cream, cook the milk, egg yolks, starch and sugar in a saucepan.
When the cream thickens, turn off the heat. Add cinnamon and butter.
Transfer the cooled cream to the cooled tart.
Arrange the well-drained strawberries.
Bake at 120 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve warm. Bon appetit!
