For many years, when December comes and the excitement of the new year begins, the smell of these cookies always rises from our kitchen. Not with sugar or sweeteners, but with brown sugar, butter, and measured in old-fashioned small tea glasses and coffee cups. My favorite cookies that I don't want to change in the slightest, with a sweet cinnamon and ginger scent, may become your traditional New Year's flavor too, and I will be overjoyed. Thank you in advance!

How to Make Christmas Cookie Recipe?
- Beat eggs, sugar, butter and hazelnut oil well. Add vanilla, baking powder, ginger and cinnamon and continue beating.
- Slowly start adding the flour. 4-4.5 coffee cups will be enough. Finally, chop the dark chocolate and add it to the mixture. You will get a shiny, oily dough.
- Take a spoonful of dough and roll into a disc shape. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until the cookies are crispy. After baking, wait for them to cool and enjoy. Good luck!
