How to Make Meat and Lutenitsa Sandwich Recipe?
- First, cut the entrecôte into thin slices, mix it with lemon juice and olive oil, and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, brush it with olive oil, lightly salt it and fry it in a pan. While toasting the bread, fry the pastrami with the fenugreek removed in the pan until crispy.
- After the meat is marinated, cook it in a hot pan over high heat for 3-4 minutes until it turns brown on both sides, then add salt and pepper and remove from the stove.
- Spread lutenitsa on the bottom of the toasted bread, add hot meat pieces on top and then add burger cheese, crispy bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, gherkins, purple onion rings and finally a little more olive oil and serve with the top piece of bread. The meat and lutenitsa sandwich is ready! Enjoy!
