How to Make Meat and Lutenitsa Sandwich Recipe?

  1. First, cut the entrecôte into thin slices, mix it with lemon juice and olive oil, and then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, brush it with olive oil, lightly salt it and fry it in a pan. While toasting the bread, fry the pastrami with the fenugreek removed in the pan until crispy.
  3. After the meat is marinated, cook it in a hot pan over high heat for 3-4 minutes until it turns brown on both sides, then add salt and pepper and remove from the stove.
  4.
