How to Make Three Types of Crepe Recipe?
- First, let's prepare the crepe. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Add milk, flour, vanilla, baking powder and salt and whisk again.
- Cook the crepes by pouring about 1 ladleful of batter into a heated crepe pan.
- For the cream, melt the margarine in a separate sauce pan and roast it with the flour until the flour smells. It is important to roast the flour not too dark, but just enough to make it smell.
- Heat the milk and sugar in a separate bowl until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the sugared milk into the sauce pan with the flour, stirring constantly.
