  • 1tablespoonhot sauce
  • 1teaspoonpaprika powder
  • 1tablespoonvinegar
  • 2dessert spoonhoney

For the Coleslaw:

  • 300-gramwhite cabbage
  • 200-grampurple cabbage
  • 1piecepurple onion
  • 1piececarrot
  • 1tablespoongranulated sugar
  • 1dessert spoonsalt
  • 1/2tea glassapple cider vinegar
  • 1/4bundledill


How to Make Crispy Chicken Recipe?

  1. Cut the chicken into large pieces such as wings, drumsticks, thighs and breasts. You can cut the breasts in half.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients in a deep bowl, put the chicken in it, cover the chicken with a small plate to press it down and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2-12 hours.
  3. Mix the crust ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle a small amount of the marinade over the mixture, making sure it forms small clumps.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat it with the coating mixture, pressing it down with your hands to ensure that all parts are coated. Shake off any excess flour and set the chicken aside.
  5. Heat the oil in a deep, flat pot over high heat. Fry the chicken in the oil, turning constantly, for approximately 10 minutes per piece.
  6. Remove the fried chicken from the oil and let it rest for 2-3 minutes. You can sprinkle a little more salt if you wish.
  7. Mix all ingredients for the sauce and pour into a serving bowl.
  8. For the salad, cut the cabbage, onion and carrot into very thin strips. Chop the dill finely.
  9. For the salad, first rub the cabbage and onion with salt, sugar and vinegar. Finally, add the carrots and dill and mix until ready.
